After the final airing of the last episode of Classroom of the Elite Season 2, many fans have been asking the all important question: “When is Season 3?” – well, we’ve got some great news for you, because according to many Anime news sites, Classroom of the Elite Season 3 is already on the way.

The great thing is that, the news about a 3rd season came really fast, in fact just days after the 13th episode was released on Crunchyroll, the streaming service responsible for showcasing the Anime to fans around the world.
Classroom of the Elite Season 3 is confirmed
So, now for the all-important question: when is Classroom of the Elite season 3 airing? Well, according to dualshockers.com the 3rd season of the Anime was green-lit in March 2022. This was when they made the announcement on their Twitter about a second season. We already covered this.
As of now, Studio Lerche will be taking up production of the 3rd series which is great because in my opinion they did a good job of the second season. See my review of the second season here: Is Classroom Of The Elite Season 2 Worth Watching? for more info.
Some more great things to know are that Season 2 is said to have covered up until volumes 6 or 7 of the series, and Classroom of the Elite has published 11 volumes as of February 2022 in Japan.

This leaves us with material to provide for 12-13 more episodes. So, in other words, the production of Classroom of the Elite Season 3 is more than possible and in fact, very possible.
When is Classroom of the Elite Season 3 airing?
According to dualshockers.com the second season of this very popular Anime will likely begin airing in July 2023 and end in September. This is still quite a long wait for the 3rd season.
This is still shorter than how long we had to wait for season 2, considering the release date for the first season was 12 July 2017.
Either way, it’s great to know that it hopefully wont be long until we’re reunited with Kiyotaka and the rest of the characters from the Anime.
