The book is set in a world called “Fantasia,” where a mysterious entity called The Nothing threatens the world’s existence. A Child, like the Empress, who could have saved the world, has fallen sick.

Now, the hero, Atreyu, is supposed to save the world by curing the empress. However, Bastian soon realizes he’s also a part of this story, and it’s him who’s the key to saving the world.

4. Hocus Pocus (1993)

In the 16th century, three witches kidnapped and sucked the life out of a young girl, Emily. When his brother, Binx, discovers this, they turn him into an immortal black cat. However, the witches are found and executed, although they can set up a curse for their revival.

After three centuries, Max, his younger sister Dani, and his crush, Allison, enter the witch’s cottage on Halloween night, and Max accidentally resurrects the witches.

That begins the spookiest Halloween night of their lives, as the witches aim to suck the life of children as otherwise, they will turn into dust at sunrise. Max, Dani, Allison, and Binx, the black cat, work together to reverse the curse and survive.

However, Mark soon realizes Henry is not an ordinary child; he enjoys hurting others and is obsessed with death. Mark tries to warn others about Henry’s disturbing behaviour, but nobody believes him. That is until his action gets out of control, and a shocking realization comes to his mother.
