Over the last 20 years there has been a heavy resurgence in Anime around the globe and an acceptance of different parts of Japanese culture by westerners. One aspect of that culture is the entertainment industry, more importantly the animation sector, which produces many different movies, TV, anime and even hentai (adult, lewd animation). It’s important to understand that these are all not the same, and now I’ll detail if it’s OK, to let your child watch the Overflow Anime.

It is distributed through TV series, films, and streaming platforms, and has a global fanbase due to its unique art style and storytelling.
What is Hentai?
Hentai is a genre of adult anime and manga that includes explicit sexual content and themes. Originating in Japan, the term “hentai” literally means “perversion” or “abnormality” in Japanese, though internationally it specifically refers to pornographic animated content or comics.

Like anime, hentai covers various art styles and can depict a wide range of themes, but it is intended strictly for adult audiences due to its explicit nature.
Should I let my child watch the Overflow Anime?
The short answer is: Absolutely not! – This animated series is intended for older audiences of 18 years or over and is not suitable for children as it contains:
- Full intercourse sex scenes
- Lots of sex references
- Nudity
- Swearing
Therefore it is not suitable for children under the age of 18, and parents should do their best from preventing their child from viewing such material.
The good thing for parents is that it is quite hard to view this Anime online, as only a handful of sites offer this series.
