Fitness creator 1_spice_ is back with another update for her followers, this time sharing a short Instagram reel that shows off her latest physique. The video comes just days after her glute-focused leg day post, and it’s already picked up more than 13,000 likes – well over double what the photo set managed.
She let the clip do the talking, captioning it with just a few emojis: 💖💁🏾♀️✨

Inside the fitness update
The reel looks to have been filmed in the same private training studio as her leg day photos, with black walls, light wood-effect flooring and a large wall mirror. She’s wearing her familiar red sports bra and pink striped bottoms, along with her trademark glasses.
Rather than a mirror selfie, this time she films herself from above with a handheld camera, turning to show the front, side and back of her physique. Her defined core, shoulders and arms stand out from every angle, and the rear shots show the lower-body development she’s been putting the work in for on leg day.
How fans reacted
The most-liked comment wasn’t about her training at all – one follower simply wanted to know whether her handle means “one spice or first spice”. The reply came straight back: 1 Spice. That same fan then turned their attention to her shoulders, adding that her deltoids are defined – fair, given her deltoids are among the first things you notice in the clip.
Elsewhere, the compliments came thick and fast. One of the standout replies read:
“Michelangelo could never!”
Others leaned into the name, with comments including “My favorite spice” and “Only 1 spice needed”. A few followers also picked up on her voice in the video, with one asking where she’s originally from because they loved her accent.
The video has clearly travelled beyond her usual audience too, with Spanish-speaking fans filling the replies – one calling her “la numero uno” and another challenging her to match this update next time, let alone top it.
Building momentum
Two posts in one week, and the numbers are moving in the right direction. Her leg day carousel landed at around 5,200 likes, while this reel has comfortably passed 13,000 in its first couple of days – a sign that video is where her audience is most engaged.
It’s a similar approach to strength athlete Monica Granda, who recently showed off her latest gym progress in a new video – short, honest progress updates that let followers see the results of the work for themselves.
