a. Cradle View allows users to submit and post content on the website. User-generated content is the sole responsibility of the users and does not necessarily represent the views of CHAZ Group LTD.

b. Cradle View acts as an intermediary and falls under the provisions of the safe harbour law. We are not responsible for user-generated content, but we will take reasonable steps to remove or disable access to any content that we are made aware of, which may violate applicable laws or our content guidelines. This may include but is not limited to:

Copyrighted content which users do not own the rights to.
Illegal content like real-life gore or torture videos, and child pornography (videos of children under 18 years of age meant to cause sexual arousal or sexual excitement in an individual).
Any content which is Trademarked.
Pirated media such as Movies, Books, Software, TV Shows, and music.
Computer fraud and abuse schemes.
Some extreme images and videos of war, catastrophes, and public unrest where individuals whether civilian or not are seen in a compromising situation or are in danger of/have lost their dignity (i.e. a captured soldier being recorded whose identity is not protected).
