10. Anime Surge
Anime Surge is a great Free Anime streaming site which hosts a bunch of different Anime and so many different genres to explore. I recently used it to watch the Anime: Prison School, which is a really funny Anime. Anime Surge features tons of different Free Anime and a pretty decent UI and dub selection, with a ton of Anime being featured in dub as well.

9. 123 Anime
123 Anime is another hidden gem which just like Kiss Anime has had to close. But just like every other time the site just closes for a few weeks or months and then just reopens under a different similar domain to continue where they left off.
They’ve been around for a long time over 4 years now so you will find better and older types of anime but also some Chinese and South Korean films and TV Shows which I found quite interesting. Anyway, they still have a large selection of Anime as well and their site is differently worth checking out.

8. Ani.Me
For those who don’t have time for a simple sign-up, this site might not be for you.
This is because if you want to watch movies or TV from this site, you need to give your email and sign up using a password, which is not what most sites on this list have you do. However, with a friendly UI, decent colours and web design, and a nice array of old and modern Anime, Ani.Me is a great site to watch anime free online so why not give it a go?

7. 9 Anime
9 Anime is a great site and one that I didn’t even think worked at first. However, after some waiting and a bit of window closing, I found that this site is perfect for any kind of anime-related streaming and wasn’t too hard to find at all. It came up on the first result page of Google which was great and meant I could easily find it in a few clicks.
They have tons of great anime on their site and the best part is they also host a whole bunch of dubbed versions of Anime as well. You can watch the Dubbed version of Kono Oto Tomare on there which is great. There is a lot of popular Anime on there and you’ll have no trouble finding what you’re looking for, Mark my words!

6. Kiss Anime
Now of course the old and original Kiss Anime site which was closed a while ago had pretty much everything and anything on that site, I mean you have Naruto, One Piece, you had Black Lagoon, and even old retro Anime like Golden Boy and Neon Genesis and there was also new Anime like Scums Wish. The point is this site had it all and with its closure due to increased pressure from a union of angry Japanese Production Companies, it seems like this was the end for the Kiss Anime site.
However, just when any big entity is taken down with no other alternative the obvious happens. Up from the dust sprung a whole host of other copycat sites such as kissanime.tv, kissanime.uk, kissanime.en etc and finally we have kissanime.ru – the site which you should go to. It’s just like the old site and has basically the same layout as the previous ones. The content might have changed but there are still big names on there such as Boruto, One Piece and My Hero Academia.

5. Go Go Anime TV
Apart from being infested to the brim with pop-up ads, porn offers and a whole other host of loverly surprises Go Go Anime is a pretty decent place to find lots of different Anime. I recently used it to find the 2nd season of Ikki Tousen which wasn’t available on Funimation even though they had the 1st, 3rd and 4th seasons but not the 2nd.
As well as that there’s a whole host of other content and old retro anime which you can find and they have many different other Anime to watch.
The only downside is the video quality, which just like most illegal streaming sites, won’t be amazing. Still, it’s a great site to watch anime free online.

4. Anime Dao

Anime Dao has been around for over 3 years now and it’s one of the best sites to watch anime free online on this list. We have only good things to say about this site.
The user experience is good, navigation is easy, good menu access, subgenres and genres are all allocated correctly, and there aren’t a load of pop-up ads in your face asking if you want to play Casino Slot Games™ with a Purple one-eyed goblin the moment you click on anything and the layout in general, design of the site and its simplicity is a nice welcoming style.
All the titles are laid out on one page with bright covers and you can easily find something to watch. They have a dark mode and the quality of most of the videos they host is great. Only good things to say about this site really, you should check out this site when you can.

3. Anime Heaven

Anime Heaven is another site you can watch Anime for free but the pop-up ads are a pain. You have to close about 2 just to watch 1 video, then close another 3 if you want to even skip to a certain point in the episode. Nevertheless, they host movies, TV Shows and much more and the quality of the video we’ve found from our “extensive” research at cradleview.net is quite good.
All in all it’s not a bad site and one that won’t be in the spotlight any time soon, meaning that you can fully get invested in some of the series it has to offer, as there’s a minimal real risk of its hosting servers getting shut down.

Chia-anime is a great site and that’s the reason it’s near the top of this list. You can view content without creating an account and this is signed if you’re just aiming to stream an episode for example.
If you want to stay on track with what you watch and want to interact with other users and comment/like on videos then you will have to create an account. Just like most of the Anime sites on this list.

Kiss Anime cc is another site that splintered off from the original Kiss Anime empire and created http://www.kissanime.cc an Anime streaming site which seems to be more focused on subbed and dubbed Anime rather than larger Anime series which aren’t subbed or dubbed.
For this reason, we recommend this site if English is your second language as you’ll find many Anime that are dubbed in English and also subbed. As well as this there are also Anime which are not just in English and Japanese but also in other languages as well to make it more accessible to other users who may speak another language such as Spanish, Polish or French for example.
